About this project
Pablo Tirado finished the master studies with the highest grades in June 2022 being awarded as the most outstanding student of the clarinet chair at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía. For three years he was part of this school under the tutelage of Pascal Moraguès and Enrique Pérez. Previously, he studied at the Royal Conservatory of Madrid with Justo Sanz as professor of the specialty. During his bachelor degree, as part of the Erasmus program, he moved to Budapest during the 2017-2018 academic year where he studied at the Liszt Academy with the prestigious clarinetist and composer Béla Kovács.
Pablo has won several prizes throughout his career, most notably the First Prize at the International Clarinet Association Young Artist competition in Belgium (2018).
Currently, he frequently collaborates with the Symphonic Orchestra of the Balearic Islands and collaborates in some occasions with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Navarra and the Orquesta Sinfónica de RTVE. As for his training in Young Orchestras, from 2019 to 2022 he has been selected as a regular member of the Schleswig-Holstein Orchestra and, at a national level, he has also been a member of the JONDE (National Youth Orchestra of Spain) and the JORCAM (Youth Orchestra and Choir of the Community of Madrid).
