About this project
Kevi Asanllari was born in Albania in 1998 and moved to Italy at the age of six. He began studying the clarinet at a young age and obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clarinet with full marks and honors from the “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory in Turin, under the guidance of Maestro Fulvio Schiavonetti, between 2018 and 2020.
He has performed at numerous international festivals, including the “Old Ox Festival”, “MiTo Settembre Musica”, “Zephyr Chamber Music Festival”, “Unione Musicale”, “Viotti Festival”,…
Since 2022, he has been regularly collaborating as First Clarinet with the Bari Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra in Italy. He has also collaborated with the Orchestra of the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Turin and the Camerata Ducale Orchestra of Vercelli. He recently won an audition as a clarinetist in the section at La Scala Theatre in Milan.
In 2019 Kevi Asanllari obtained the Special Mention at the “G.Mensi” International Clarinet Competition in Breno and was awarded the scholarship organized by the “Cecilia Gilardi Foundation”.
Since 2019 he has been a student of the High Specialization class in Clarinet of Maestro Calogero Palermo at the “Scatola Sonora” Academy in Rome.
