About this project

Paweł Libront was born on March 29, 2004, in Bydgoszcz, Poland. He started he started learning to play the clarinet at the age of 7 at the State Music in Bydgoszcz in the class of Andrzej Dudziński. In recent years, he has participated in masterclasses in Poland and abroad, working with renowned musicians such as Shirley Brill, Ecesu Sertesen, Martin Frost, Karel Dohnal, Joe Christophe, Igor Frantisak, Antonio Saiote, Gabor Varga, and Vitor Fernandes.

Paweł has achieved important success in both solo and chamber music competitions.
He has been honored with the Bydgoszcz President’s Award for his significant contribution to the artistic promotion and development of the city. Among his most prestigious achievements is his performance in the finals of the “Young Musician of the Year 2022” competition, where he played at the Concert Hall of the National Philharmonic in Warsaw, accompanied by the Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra under the direction of Marek Wroniszewski.

In 2023, Paweł began his bachelor studies at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice in the clarinet class of Professor Arkadiusz Adamski. He is a graduate of the National Children’s Fund, a three-time recipient of the Minister of Culture scholarship, and a laureate of the “Young Poland 2024” scholarship program.
